// Who I am
I'm Andre. I'm 21, I'm from Estonia, and I've been my own boss since I was 16. It started with copywriting. Then came my military service, then small AI automation jobs, and along the way I found the work that actually fulfills me, which is consulting.
// Why coaches
Copywriting put me next to a lot of coaches. I kept seeing the same flaws in their businesses, and I helped them fix them. Back then I didn't see it as my calling. After the military I knew this was the work for me.
// How I work
The first thing a coach gets from me is an understanding of their own numbers, which ones to track and how to read them. Coaches I've worked with tell me that clarity feels strange in the first week.
// What I see
Most coaches sell high-ticket because someone said they should. They don't know the principles behind it, why it works or how it works.
// Outside work
Gym, cars, AI, philosophy and self-improvement.
